Payment card information is not stored on our servers. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. The seller does not store payment card information. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data it processes; see Stripe's own privacy policy for details.

5. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect user information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) between your browser, this website and its database, encrypted storage of passwords (bcrypt hashing, never stored in plain text), and an encrypted, HTTP-only session cookie for authentication.

6. Data Retention

• Account data (name, email, hashed password) is retained for as long as your account remains active.
• Purchase records are retained for 10 years from the date of purchase, in line with Italian tax and accounting obligations (Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code).
• If you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer needed, but retain the minimum purchase records required by law for the retention period above.
• Technical server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited operational period and are not actively used for profiling.

7. User Rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability of your personal data, and may object to processing based on legitimate interest, where applicable.
